Red Beet Energy Juice
Ingredients
- 3 cups spinach
- 2 medium beets scrubbed
- 2 medium apples Fuji or Gala
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 tsp cayenne to taste (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds more or less, to taste
- 1/4-1/2 cup water for blender liquid
Instructions
Juicer
- In a high powered juicer, add spinach, celery, apple, beets, cayenne.
- Add in lemon & chia seeds.
- Serve Immediately
Blender
- Add water and spinach, blend on low until coarsely blended.
- Add apples and celery and blend until all ingredients are combined.
- Add Beets, lemon, cayenne & chia seeds until all ingredients are well blended.
- Serve.
