Let the vegan July 4th party begin with creamy avocados & earthy radishes in a sandwich that’s easy for any picnic or cookout!
Radish & Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 Tbsp sliced red onion
- vegan mayo
- drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
- Saute the sliced radishes in a little vegan butter or coconut oil until slightly browned and tender.
- Slice the avocado and onions and arrange the cooked radishes, avocado, and onions on bread or toast. Top with mayo and, if desired, a drizzle of maple syrup.
