Greek Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
Filling & wrap
- 1 lb Ground meat of your choice (turkey, lean beef, lamb, chicken)
- 2 tsp Oregano
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 head butter lettuce
- Kalamata Olives, diced
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Feta cheese
- Persian Cucumber, diced
Tzatziki Sauces for topping
- 1/2 Persian Cucumber peel and dice and coat with 1 tsp of salt then place into a colander. Let stand for 30 minutes to allow water to be drawn out then add to the following and blend:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbl Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh Dill or Mint
- Salt to taste
Instructions
